Refund policy

The following is our product return and refund policy: 
  • All returns must be within 90 days of the order ship date.
  • Product must be complete and in ‘like new’ condition. Credit will not be issued for partial sets returned.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • All returns MUST include the completed form in your package: Return Form
  • Exchanges are not available, a new order must be placed for a replacement product.
